13th Malaysia Festival of the Mind 2017

Kampar, July 15 - The annual Malaysia Festival of the Mind is back in UTAR Kampar for its 13th year. Organized by the Malaysia's Mental Literacy Movement (MMLM), the festival aim to expose various technique skills pertaining to the improvement of mental literacy among Malaysians and to create awareness about the human mind and its unlimited potential; and ways of tapping into and developing one's brainpower.


The theme this year is Great Minds. Among the highlights of this year's festival is the memory demonstration by International Master of Memory from China, mental literacy talks and workshops, 3rd Inter-Varsity Sudoku tournament, paper plane challenge, magic show, mind games, food trucks, lucky draw and plenty more mind-blowing activities. YBhg Datuk Ir Hong Lee Pee, the Honorary President of AAET is the guest of honor this year.


There are a total of 36 booths lined up in the halls of Tun Dr Ling Liong Sik.

Banners are placed all around Kampar and UTAR campus to promote this event.


Tomorrow will be the last day if the festival, after which they will be at the Kuala Lumpur Engineering Science Fair (KLESF) from 3 to 5 November 2017 at the Mines International Exhibition and Convention Centre (MIECC). The festival is free admission and open to public.
